Review & Description

Hunting with dogs is first documented on 4th millennium BC seal impressions from Iraq and from Egypt slightly later. The earliest surviving instruction manual is that of Xenophon, which outlines the practice of hunting with dogs and seeks to justify its use in education and training for war.
